1. Acceptance
By accessing PromptDawn you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Licence to use prompts
Prompts published on this site may be used freely for personal and commercial projects, including client work and monetised social media content. You may adapt them. You may not republish the library — in whole or in substantial part — as a competing prompt collection, database or dataset, and you may not resell prompt text as a standalone product.
3. Generated output
Images and videos you generate using these prompts are yours to use, subject to the terms of the AI model you used. Ownership and commercial rights over AI output are determined by that provider and by the law of your jurisdiction — not by us.
4. Your responsibilities
- Comply with the usage policies of any AI model you use.
- Do not generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or that depicts real people without consent.
- Do not use the site to infringe intellectual property or to impersonate a brand or person.
- Do not scrape, mirror or automate bulk extraction of the library.
5. Accuracy
AI models change frequently. A prompt that performed well on one version may behave differently after an update. Prompts and settings are provided as guidance, without guarantee of a specific result.
6. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn.
7. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptDawn is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or of any prompt published on it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
